    摘要:
    以檸檬酸銨為碳源,3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)為功能化試劑,采用熱分解法制備了有機 硅功能化的碳微球 (SiCMS).利 用 X 射 線 衍 射 (XRD)、透 射 電 子 顯 微 鏡 (TEM)、紫 外 可 見 漫 反 射 光 譜 (UVVisDRS)、光電流響應和光致發光光譜(PL)等對SiCMS的結構和性能等進行了表征.結果表明:制備的 SiCMS呈球形形貌,尺寸在40~200nm 范圍,在可見光區具有強的光吸收和光電流響應特性;甲酸存在下, 可見光照射140min,SiCMS對100mg·L-1K2Cr2O7 溶液中 Cr6+ 的還原率可達96%;經過4次循環使用, SiCMS對于 Cr(Ⅵ)的還原率能夠維持在91%,說明SiCMS作為光催化劑具有良好的穩定性與重復使用性.
